I took the $10,000 crash course in Vancouver back in mid-October. Kirk Davies and Ray Bax were the instructors. Great guys both of them but I think they should have steered me away from building a site about designing home offices. As much as we tried to inject some level of pain in the body copy………..there just doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of pain associated with home office design.
First off let me say, I really wanted to come to the event, (hoping to see you there.) But I did have a major concern which I voiced to my recruiter. We had been planning an extended tour of Asia and we left for Beijing a week or two after I returned from the class. I was afraid too much time would pass and the cobwebs would start to creep in. Sure enough……….
I will have to admit that as a result of being on the road so long, I was unable to complete the “homework” I was supposed to be doing, link building, article writing, traffic generation, all that good stuff. So, I have to accept some resposibility.
Even so, I never received even a single request for my fictitious ebook? So I must assume there’s no market and move on to the next idea.
I received a call from Dave Roby down in Austin and he was following up on me which I appreciate immensely. Even he couldn’t figure out what I was selling on the website? Not exactly a ringing endorsement for a site where I was guided every step of the way by internet marketing veterans.
My wife chides me every now and then about my $10,000 laptop. Unfortunately, she’s right. That’s all I have to show for my investment at the moment.
So, I for one, am very happy to see you’re basically going to do a “refresher” online. Can’t tell you how much I am looking forward to it. I still believe that someday I’ll be able to make a very comfortable living online.

Hi my name is Ed,and i don’t have any clue on how to set up a money makeing website! You see i just paid for a website thats up and running on the internet right now for a year,,well maybe minus two months now,and some person i don’t even know two states away from where i live said they would set it up for me and stupid me let them! Well any way its just not right at all and it looks like crap!! Well for one thing the doman name that i got ,i think is just not right to! All i want to do is promote other people’s product’s as an affiliate if i could. Right now i do have a clickbank account but i dont know how to put the hop link code into my website or anything at all ! Well for one thing every thing on my website has to be deleted or erased first i think? Im not really shore about any of it any way ! So my website just sit’s on the internet doing nothing,,,I did read a lot of this and that about how to setup or get traffic or what ever it is,,its just that i can’t seem to coprehend it at all ! I had never did this kind of stuff before ! All i know is that i would like to make some kind of money from the internet some how. Is there any way maybe you could make my website into a ready to go turnkey affiliate site if i paid you? And if so how much would it be,im afraid to ask because i know its got to be a lot! Well any way i was just asking if you could help me at all with any of this if you could please. Thank you !

I noticed three changes in your main website and your internet marketing course page. I’m assuming you tested these but would like to know.
Where did the videos go? You used to be big on videos on your product pages - live testimonials. They are now gone. Wondering why.
You’re using a grey side background on your main page rather than dark blue. I’m assuming that tested well.
And the talking Derek is gone! Was that tested as well? Are the talking characters a bad idea?

How to get started intertnet business from scratch
Usually I have the same question when I’m new in Internet Marketing, like “How can I get started”, I believed all of you have the same question, am I right?
Here is my answer:
1) Usually before you start anyone thing on the internet, you will need to apply the affiliate program account, like the following link:

b. http://www.clickbank.com/promote_products.html
c. http://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/join
i. Note: These are the top 3 programs that I’m currently running too. Please register first even we decide how to run the Internet Business.
2) Research the market, like what is the hottest product now. You can see what is the latest news and what is currently people looking for like “iPhone” for now is the hottest product. Like me I will notice when apple will come out the 3G iPhone and from there I will do the research.
3) If you have the product already, the next one will be the keywords research the helping to identify what is the hottest keyword to setup the website and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign. I will recommend you all using the free tools called:

i. Note: Im always doing my research based on this tools, like it some much where it will tell how what is the search volume, from there you will know what is currently people on the net was looking for.

After your challenge to build website in 4 days. I felt I must have ago too.
I watched and learned as well as being on your subscriber list over time I have learned some more.
My wife who is a karmic astrologer has been on at me to do her a site so I had a go, it took slightly longer to get my wife’s site up 7 days thanks to paypal not giving me the correct information to set up the credit card facilty.
If you search on karmicastrology or karmic astrology and select uk only you see I have managed to get a good slot.
