Hi Derek,
Here’s what I really need..
1) What do I sell
2) How do I build my site
3) How do you set up payment
4) How do you look after customer and prospect list
5) How do I get buyers to come to my site
Hope that is not too much to ask.
Thanks
I am going to ask for a lot. Everything I have bought this past year seems to only take me halfway or is a just a trick that promises to make me money. I’ve learned that these don’t work unless I have a site already.
1. I need all the steps explained and help with doing each one. The “why” also would be helpful. Don’t assume I understand the tech talk.
2. How do I find something that will sell. I want to have a website that makes money.
3. How to set up a sales letter that works
4. How to build a website that is easy for me to do. I am not a website person but would like to learn.
5. I would really like to have some help too - I haven’t come across anything that allows you to contact the seller for help and this is really frustrating.
It sounds like this is what you are building. I am hoping it is something that will get me started with my web business.
Thanks Derek
Hi Derek,
Here are the questions that I concern the most:
1. How do I find what to sell?
2. Do I need to be familiar or have interest in the stuff I am going to sell?
3. How to build the site for this? I had some experience for that but I don’t think to build a whole new site is a good choice.
4. How do I find the buyers effectively at a low cost?
5. Will it affect a lot if I am not a native speaker? e.g., I may find it is difficult to write an attractive sales letter.
I am really looking forward to having something real to start with.
Many Thanks
hi derek,i believe what you are about to do on jan.24th.will be the answear to 250 peoples dreams,
and i hope to be one of them. the number one thing is your honesty, along with your reputation, and the follow up help, that your not left hung out to dry. their is so many hyped up gimmicks out there
that take your money and run.as you can see i have a website which i purchased with all the promises, now i didnt expect it to start spitting money when i plugged it in, i am very interested to learn and to give the unlimited time it takes. thanks for your time as always.vincent
1. Inexpensive leads that convert
2. Reliable consistent relevant traffic
3. Point & Click system to drive such traffic
4. Refreshing relevant content for particular business model
5. The truth about how big time earners are actually building their home businesses
Acutally I’ll keep this simple because theres only ONE thing I really want, something that actually WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spent 1000s of dollars last year on a website that was supposed to set me up for life, and how much money has it made me so far? Nothing, nada, zip!!!! It came with a slick lookign websit design and a product to sell and everything. And this is a helath product that is supposed to cure pretty much every single health problem under the sun so WHY tell me WHY won’t people buy it????? I guess its the kind of thing that people just don’t buy online but it sure would of been nice to know that BEFORE I spent all my savings on it.
I’m beginning to suspect that this whole “make money online” thing is a complete joke and the only ones who make money are the ones who are selling useless craps to suckers like me.
So prove me wrong Derek. What makes YOUR all in one business better than all the others out there?????? And why should I believe its actually going to make me one red cent???????
Basically, I need a crisp business plan, implementation strategy, tools and training (complete blueprint for success):
1. Help and direction in selecting a high value niche.
2. Products to sell to that niche
3. An effective website: Business center, lead capture pages, sales pages, merchant system, etc.
4. A very cost effective and focused promotional strategy, plan and tools.
5. An effective follow-up communications system and strategy.
6. A Web 2.0 strategy, as this seems to be the latest thing.
7. Ongoing critique and coaching.
Bottom line is, I have the time and motivation to do this, but need very clear direction on how to get it done with a maximum of sweat equity and a minimal up front dollar investment. I am very willing to reinvest a significant portion of earnings to continue to build.
1) What do I sell
2) How do you look after customer and prospect list
3) How do I get buyers to come to my site and keep coming back.
I have a web site with minimual hits so far.
The top 5 things to make this fly.
1 You do all the work for me
2. I want free traffic and do not want to advertise if it going to cost me more then $5 a month.
3. I just sit on my sofa collect checks
4. I can call dnd complain all that I want
5. I can request a refund if I dont make a profit in 72 hours
I need the following:
How to set up a website that works
How to automate the system that it runs basically by itself
How to set up paypal to take peoples orders
How to set it up to send newsletters, ebooks, reports, etc and not need my input apart from in the beginning
How to find niche markets with hungry customers
Find the products or services that people want
How to get regular traffic
I better stop now.
Hope I haven’t asked for too much.
I need to make money for a good reputable company.. I dont want to go through PayPal as they told me these get rich quick companies are illegal..& also every time i try to login & give my card number they tell me its a wrong number, & it is a brand new card changed from my old when when i got into a fraudulant website….I would hope this will work for me as i am on a fixed income & desparately need to make money!! THank You,PHyllis ( And not take my money & run with it!!!) The top 5 things you can’t live without are:1 MONEY, 2 Money,3MONEY,4,MONEY,5 MONEY!!!!!
Been a year now..
To me what I need is one only: A Coach to help along the way.
Derek,
Thanks for this opportunity for my 2-cents worth!
Most important to me with any site:
1. Easy to navigate back office.
2. Well written text ads. Not all of us are great writers.
3. A compelling squeeze page. Something more than “give me your info” and good luck.
4. A “short and sweet” website for promoting. Anything more than a few minutes will drive most people away.
5. A strong Affiliate support page.
Thanks again and I look forward to the Launch.
Good day to everyone.
I’m good at finding things for my friends and helping them in their marketing. When it comes to me, I’m not so good at these things. “Can’t see the forest for the trees”.
I put together a fun site that has 500 people. But I don’t know what to do to monetize that. It’s not a field I am familair with. Funny huh?
My first stumbling block is finding my niche. I am a jack of all trades, and master of none. I get bored easily and become fairly proficient at what I do pretty quickly. Thus I don’t become a master at it. I move onto something else.
The one serious hobby I have, only 5000 people around the world enjoy it. Go figure.
What to do, what to do.
If I could find something, then off to the races. The next step would be is putting together a ‘real’ marketing plan with specific steps. “What to do when”. With an outside eye looking in to see what I am missing.
Yeah I know you wanted 5 things, and I only gave you 2. It will have to to do.
Have a great day!
Randy, Vancouver BC Canada
In order for this to be the best business package to get anyone making massive money quickly, I need………….
1. To be able to quickly assess a market and determine what to sell and to whom I will sell it.
2. The resources to be able to run and track the business (auto-responders, websites, tracking, easy affiliate sign-ups)
3. Acess to specialists in my chosen field. (IE. If I want to make a software product, where do I go to get a good programmer; If I sell socks, where do I find a distributor)
4. Training on your system in order to maximize my profit.
5. Your ongoing support (free of charge) until my first reasonable goal is reached. In essence, keep me motivated.
Thanks Derek. Hope this helped you come up with a killer app!
I agree with the above comment from vincent mckevitt - lets cut out all the hype B*** S*** and get down to builidng a solid profitable business.
1. a plan to get and running generating cash fast - may not be the end all of what you want, but will be making money
2. if you have an existing business how can we use this course to jump start our brick and morter businesses
3. how do develop successful informational products
4. how to find good products to represent
5. selecting good long term niche to develop
As always I remain the biggest septisim of them all. It is great to build a website and have the traffic but at the end of the day it comes down to the product people will buy. I can’t play the guitar or dance or sell a video on how to play golf better and no one wants to listen to me on how to enjoy a beer while doing a BBQ on a hot sumers day!! I am a blue collar worker with nothing to sell but am able to work hard so my list is as follows
1.real product to sell
2.real product to sell
3.real product to sell
4.real product to sell
5.Step by step setup and maintanace of how the site works and the ability to continue to gorw it.
The one thing that you all forget is to make it easy, in step by step scenerio, or a area that one can go to and see each step shown via webcam, you showing the people the actual steps to take, all you so called people who want people to join forget about us the idots.
Hi hope you good,
I would like to find out:
How good will your product be to drive good leads to my web page, (good traffic is what I really need)
and how much will it cost me.
Most of all, I want to thank you for your hard work
Yours sincerely
The main problem I have faced is about how to set up a site, and understand what I need to know (and what not) about technology and programming.
Thanks a lot, I look forward for the business creator.
Kind regards:
Joaquín.
Ditto on all of the above comments. Also:
(1) How do you drive repeat business to your site?
(2) A personal mentor who works 1 on 1 with you (and is available
to you when needed)to help you attain your success. This
person would ideally be the same person all the way through so
they can learn about our individual needs (each of which I
suspect would be unique). This mentor support idea seems to be
the underlying theme on many of the other comments.
(3)EFFECTIVE marketing stratgies to drive solid quality traffic.
Obvioulsy a website is no good if noone knows about it or ever
visits it.
(4)A program that meets each of us where we are at. Some will
be “experts” - others like myself brand new. A program
strictly geared towards the “experts” would not be useful to
me, just as a program geared towards “beginners” would not be
helpful to the “experts.” Again a 1 on 1 mentor program would
be helpful here.
I set up a new website to market your program and one other one. The problem I am finding is that I have wasted a lot of time trying to get a Google AdWords Ad to run, only to find that it is cost prohibitive and Google doesn’t want these type of websites advertised with AdWords anyway. There is little profit margin on each sale, so what is a cost effective way to advertise websites that are promoting business opportunities? Is targeted guaranteed traffic advertising and/or opt-in email the most cost effective way to get high volume traffic with lower costs? I have just received your course and have not had time to read it yet, so the answer might be in that already. Cost effective legitimate advertising is what I want to learn about.
Hi Derek,
The 5 essential things I personnaly would be looking for would be:
1. What product I would be selling
2. How to go about selling it through the internet as I am a newbe.
3. Procedure for receiving payments.
4. Step by step guide to get my website ready
5. Help when I need anwers.
Good comments already posted.
A couple I would add:
1. How to set up and manage an “opt-in/opt-out” list to collect email addresses
2. How to manage and protect the subscribers’ email list
3. How to set up autoresponders
4. How to get your newsletter out to your subscriber list
Thanks for asking!
Ready to go! - Steve

Hi Derek,
I’ve got all your training material, I’ve done the courses, I have the products - so why am I still like a rabbit in the headlights?
I have a business idea that I am convinced will be huge for a specific market and what I need (apart from a real kick up the btm!)
Is guidance on:
- where to start in building my business system (without wasting time and money)
- how to build it while at the same time making it effectively operational
- then how to enable it to be supported and managed thereafter, so that I can really have the lifestyle I’m looking for.
The rub is I have a lot of daily time free for this project but little finance thus time is of the essence if you see what I mean
With regards
Janet
Hi Derek,

4. How can I get huge real buyers to my site.

Derek:
#1 Straight talk, low sales hype, on the product that is to sold!!!! (Been too many sales hype seminars that leave me flat.)
#2 How much will it cost me and is a money back guarantee?
#3. Included with the cost, a license to copy and resell in any way that I have available to me. e.g. ebooks
#4. jpeg photos of the product to easily transfer to a website, downloadable.
#5 Paying through paypal to be more secure, no annual fees automatically deducted, unless I want them! By signing a re-up agreement to renew licenses and website links.
Thanks for asking

As far as I’m concerned it’s all about traffic.
Id like to know
how to use articles to best advantage

how to do social bookmarking properly
Adwords techniques

What do I need? Where do I start… Let me count the needs!
1) Since I am a novice, never having set up all of the necessary components to have a successful Inrernet presence, I would need ‘hand holding’ and plenty of it. I am a physically challenged senior citizen, who, probably at my age should not even be involved with this ‘younger generation’ business.
2) Nevertheless, I am determined to succeed! However, if you tell me what to do by reading training manuals, work books, etc. it just AIN’T GOIN’ TO WORK. As I mentioned, set me up and get me running and then I am sure I can succeed.
3) Because, if it takes ambition… if it takes drive… if it takes sincerity… That I got!! Obviously, money is very tight, but if it could be worked out; that is what I would need and want!!
Right now I feel like the Energizer Bunny… going and going and going, but going around in circles… with no direction, and certainly with end target!
You asked… I answered! do you think it is hopeless for me, or is there still a possibility??
Hi Derek,
What I need will be in your system, but…..I hope you don’t only target the US but make things work for Europe as well….
Greetings

5 things
A list of who to sell to
A website and autoresponder to do minimal work
No monthly outlay without sales produced
Step by step guide and help to get going
Profit-Make a big profit
Ok, Derek . . . even though I have had a website for 4 years now, I readily admit I am ignorant as to how to make my website profitable. I know it is garbage, so I want to start over and really have a successful online business. Here is my list:
1. Some kind of “dictionary” which explains the most common tech words! It’s like learning a foreign language!
2. Deciding what to sell and recognizing a profitable niche market
3. Samples of good, successful salescopy
4. How to identify successful “key words”
5. A REAL successful way to get traffic to your website
I actually could list some more of my “wish list”! I am really looking forward to your new system! It sounds like it will be simple enough for even me to follow!
Dear Derek;
I would nor only need the funds available to me, but I would need to find something that I could do from home easy and something that I was good at. I would need help to get going. I would also need someone to be there for me if and when I needed help. I have never had a home businesss before, but I can no longer work due to my Disability so ido definietly need something that I can do from home. I am on such a limited incom that I have to even fight to pay my Rent, see my income is only $429.00 per month and my rent is $576.00 per month, so as you can see I am desperate. This does not leave anything for food, clothing, medicine, or orther necessities, let alone pay all of my RENT.
Anyways you asked what I would need and I guess this answers your question because I would need everything to get started.
Yours Truly;
Susan

Here is my list of 5 items I feel I need to have in order to obtain a successful online business.
- Niche or product.
- Web building tools.
- SEO tools.
- How to monetize site?
- How create lists?
I would love to see a reality show where you work live with a person from scratch and prove that the techniques that are being taught can work for any market and any kind of business.
1. How to develop a long-term strategy?
2. How to set my USP and define my market profile?
3. How to drive significant amount of traffic?
4. How to outsource essential parts of my business and make sure that there is a good ROI?
5. How to leverage web 2.0 using a ’systematic’ process?
I need a step-by-step business plan. I have made unsuccessful attempts at starting Internet business’ and have failed because of lacking a plan and/or knowing how to proceed and not having a guide/mentor. I would like:
1) What to sell, my own product or work as an affiliate and if my own product, what?
2) Building websites or finding someone to build them for me that I can trust that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
3) How to properly market my website/product and build a list and then what to sell on the backend if it is my own product.
4) This works with #3 - setting up and properly using an autoresponder.
5) How to find the time to accomplish the above quickly so that I may profit and realize my dream up becoming a successful entrepreneur and have the freedom (time & financial) that I long for.
it’s simple…
1. Marketing system that is not outdated (ie.safelists, traffic exchanges, etc…)or overused (craigslist is flooded with bizopps and people are getting flagged for no reason)
2. REAL TECH SUPPORT
3. DON’T CIRCLE JERK ME WITH MORE AND MORE UPSALES!
4. Free updates to the site, and the ability to “brand yourself” in the capture page and “get to know me” pages, and last but not least…
5. If the product is over 500 dollars, MAKE IT VALUABLE AND NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN RESEARCH THE NET AND GET FOR FREE!!!
Hi Dave
this is what I think make a good business
(1)find a niche market that everyone needs
(2)Be the only agent for that product
(3)advertise that product at a price that anyone can afford
(4)leads the best way of selling is by recommendation
(5)know the product you are selling it’s ammazing how many people do not know a thing about any product they sell
My list of 8:
* a method to determine you have found a hungry market.
* a method to create a compelling message.
* a website with focus - simple with sales in mind.
* a method to drive traffic
* a method to capture subscribers email address and names.
* a method for other sales opportunities - back end.
* a method to identify other income streams.
* a method to dazzle them - hot tools and unique techniques to wow your customers.
I guess I couldn’t confine it to 5.
Hi Derek,
I am a new ZRII representative and I am very excited to be part of this pre-launch. I have found a product & company that I love and will make this work. I love to search online all day to find better and inexpensive ways of promoting my site. Here is what I would love some assistance with:
1. Promotional strategies that allow my bank account to stay on the positive side.
2. Reliable & consistent real relevant traffic (my product & marketing system sells it self).
3. A top notch system to drive real traffic to my sites.
4. How to link my website (s) to other pages that get great reviews from Google.
5. How to get indexed by Google and what is this Web 2.0 stuff?
Thanks so much.
I love your site, besides all the great info it is very clean & fresh looking in which invites the reader to read the page.
Julia Cespedes
We’re not idiots really. We are just not educated and what you want is what I need too - because I’ve never learned this sort of thing. Your interest and desire to learn is very essential in all of this. Giving another person the needs that you have in order to learn something new is commendable. Commendable because you know what you need in order to learn and gain knowledge. I’m with you all the way - it’s the only way I can learn too. And because we now have experts that can show us and are happy too - and only the intelligent people will do so - let the party begin.
Hi Derek, in response to your request for requests, What I really need is,
1 I have a very good idea to write an ebook, but have no idea how to do that, and how to sell it or promote it on the web.
2 How do I find a niche market
3 I need every thing explained in the simplest terms, I’ve looked into and got stuff from a few places and have been flooded with so much info and marketing concepts, and different opportunities that I feel overwhelmed and want to through it all in the garbage, just to clear my head, not mention all these offers that you supposedly don’t need a site for, when the info. comes ,YA, you do need a site. I’m sick of the crock, I need something real, and simple.
4 I need to know up front what computer capacities I need to do the job, as I can’t watch videos on this box, and want to know what tools I will need to set up a simple site, and get it started.
5 I need to know the costs, up front to start, and what I will need to carry thru and actually start making money online.
Of course I need to know all the other stuff that goes with making a decent living on line, but starting with the baby steps is a good place to start
Keep the main thing, the main thing. Anyone can sell if they believe in what they have. But the question is what is the market looking for and can I supply it, and have repeat business. hell if the product their after is good, i`ll practically give it away to get the repeat business. The big money is in the follow up!
Everyone has great points, cant wait for the rest.
1. a mentor available via phone to walk through set up and start!
2. serious help with the shipping, accurate costs of all products.
3. where to market and advertise successfully.
4. effective management of business (time and money).
5. i don’t know what i don’t know! you tell me the secret!
1 how to start the business up
2 how to get it noticed
3 what to create the business about
and thats about it really
1) Top selling items
2) An easy to use website design I can use to aim my website to make sales.
3) Marketing to bring business in and keep them coming back
4) Easy to use tools on the marketplace, sales and inventory reports
5) 24×7 support if needed
First, the product needs to be one that is actually sought after - not sold by everyone else in a MLM that isn’t really a product at all. No fly-by-night get-rich-quick scheme - something that can and will generate sustainable income if you actually work at it, but not something that promises you a ferarri with a celulite model standing next to it in front of a huge mansion on the beach…we know that’s not reality don’t we everyone?
Second, a knowledgeable coach - to be there when needed for questions. If that person wants a cut of the profit to be a coach - so be it…
Third, EZ How-TO information. Something laid out in a step-by-step process with the end users or non-computer savy person in mind.
Fourth, something affordable to get into.
Fifth, access to marketing materials - precreated if possible, that can be tweaked.
Sixth, for those non-internet savy folks, access to website templates and a low cost web option. The only thing is most folks are clueless about getting their website to rank highly in search results, so someone needs to explain how to do that or have a tool that is available at a reasonable cost to input those keywords, etc…
Finally - something where you dont need to blatantly break rules to accomplish it. It’s one thing to do a little outside-the-box or push the envelope, but no breaking rules. It has to be legitimate…this probably should have been first.
I’m sure I could go on, but there you go.
1.a great support team
2.a popular niche
3.the best back office
4.does not require paypal
5.an affordable product

3.Good comunication
4.Good instructions
5.How to start
Derek,
It seems kind of strange to be asking this very serious yet basic question when you are so close to your reveal date. I’m betting you already know these answers.
What I need is to know:
1) What do I sell
2) How do I build the best site
3) How do I set up payment
4) How do I generate traffic without using spam
5) How do I become #1 on Google’s search engine
Hi hope you find this asvertis whit 2×2
Most of us seem to have pretty much the same idea, but here are mine:
1. What am I going to sell?
2. How do I gain a targeted group of BUYERS to my website?
3. How do I convert the visitors into buyers?
4. How do I get them to buy more/again?
5. How do I process payments?
Good luck!
Steve
i too, am VERY interested in how to build sales from a gathered name list. critical to max sales!
if you have 500 people, we should learn how to collect names of people who “hit” our sites and make it easy to send link to others who might buy.
success builds on itself.
good point that needs to be answered!!!
Hi Derek,
I want:
1) Great rankings in the search engines
2) More traffic
3) Well written text ads
4) repeat customers
5) links from other sites
Should help the starters in
- brainstorming
- validation
- feedback
- sales copy help
- some way to help with identifying niche markets etc
should have some accountability system so that people who like to start up some business not procrastinate…
The FIVE thiongs I’m looking for are:
1.How to build my own website.
2.Tech support to walk me through the process.
3.Product.
4.Drive traffic to site
5.Increase sales exponentially.
Latest marketing strategies that work and not any of the old horse’n buggy outdated methods. Also, I’m in agreement with other comments where I don’t want endless additional product purchases like thousands of DVDs and CDs that essentially don’t live up to their hype and promises. And who has time to listen to when you have a business to run? Let’s be realistic here. I simply want a hands-on, how to system that actually works for me.
I have read many of the already posted lists and don’t think I can come up with any thing not here. Like most of the others, a product, a way to advertise, a way to build my list, a merchant account, help with ad copy.
i am a retired silver server, several stokes (one erased most of my short term memory)-attention span low! even if i don’t get a business going i want to be able to point my kids into the right direction for help.
1) maybe a summary of the different avenues which are available to create an ebusiness (structure of different approaches) and which marketing ideas are outlived / pitfalls
2) a rough guide (1-10) how profitable each approach(like selling info or products etc)
3) a realistic time scale for setting it up
creating business
should become profitable
4) who can help whilst doing 3
5)outlook what’s next? mobi future? safe guarding your business.
kind regards
peter
wow!!! what can I add to the comments allready in? WELL— 1.Help ,help and more help in web-site design especially opt-in code for building a list and code for downloading pdf’s and e-books so pople can navigate my sit as easily as the best sites without spending the big bucks 2.A product I’m proud to sell–in fact most people want this one thing more than anything else. The rest of the commments above covered most of my issues and I look forward to the 24′th
Hi Derek;
If you come up with something that is not like all the others that I have wasted money on - it would be a treat!! What I am looking for is:
Direction for a niche
Products for that niche
Effective site that is easy to navigate
Cost effective
Coach/Mentor
I am sure I am like many others in that I have the desire and willing to do the work but have minimal upfront money or we wouldn’t be looking for something more and not all of us have the savy to create it ourselves.
Looking forward to see what you have done!! Thanks
These are things I thought of I would like to know:
1. Realistically, how much time is needed to make this a profitable venture. So many businesses spout out that you can make a huge amount of money in very little time. Although that may be true for some, it takes a ton of time and energy and $ to get to that point. I want to know if this is something that needs to be treated as a full time job, or if it really could be done successfully on part time hours. How does the time spent evolve and change over time.
2. What are the various roles, and how much time do you need to spend on them each day or week? Marketing, posting products, customer service, shipping, etc. Existing systems on how to complete these various roles to use time efficiently would be great.
3. Live person to consult with regularly and to get feedback from. Being accountable to someone, and receiving feedback pertinent to the business you are doing, is very valuable. To just receive materials is often not enough. To be able to talk with an experienced person could make all the difference.
4. Frequent updates on new information for marketing and products to sell.
Cheers,
Lisa
1. phone & email contact with a mentor who can deal with a range of webmarketing fine tuning issues in an accelarated manner.
2.an integrated listbuilder, autoresponder, shopping cart that is configured to dynamically keep my list segmented, from leads, to cutomers to repeat customers, all with an output to a simple accounting system. Basically 1shoppingcart, but with a mentor built in.
3. An ongoing review of solid niche marketing case studies involving viral marketing in ways that are relatively easy to reproduce.
I currently have a business and 20 domain names still not making me real money online,
1, I want a product that just sells without having to have stock,
Such as Ebooks, where to start with these is another story,
2, I want to be able to run it from some sunny beach in Bali,
3, Must make me enough money so I can take my friends and family with me,
4,I dont want to have to sell how to make money on the internet as thats your business,
5, Ultimately some one if this is so easy should be able to do it for us, set up the business and make them running and hand them to us on a plaste all we have to be is the $ reciever,
Anyway I want into making $ on the net by selling thin info,
thanks for all the advice and lest we not forget Cory,
Happy new years alround,
Customers
Route to Customers
Product that meets a market need
seamless back office
efficent fulfilment process
1) Finding a market and figuring out what type of product they want.
2) What kind of website to build for what types of products/markets — a blog, 1-page sales letter, huge website, social networking page/site, Adsense ??
3) How to start and build a list.
4) What to expect and how quickly — how do I know when to “abandon niche?”
5) I’m sure this one is unique to me: privacy issues as an Internet Marketer. If one has a nasty ex spouse, a stalker, etc. how does one conduct Internet business(es)(and blog posts, sales letters, and author e-books) to attract customers but not unwanted people from the past?
I reviewed the comments and the wish list express on this page. Derek , if you and your team can put a total package that covers all these .
1. tools and support, which covers all items from finding the right product or pruducts,to bring clients to your sit over and over again and seend their friends there as well.
2. Good traing and upport from you and your team.
3. Be able to run this business, without putting 70 to 90 hours in a week for a small income at the end of the week.
4. Being honest is a key factor in getting this off the table on all area of business.
I can wright a book on this but if you and your team can put this together . With the group that have express their comments on this page you will have a good starting team.
Thanks for leting express my comments and looking forward to working with you all.
Dan
Hi Derek
5 Essentials?
1 Keep it simple for dummies
2 Offer good support ex USA
3 Access to all tools and no upsells or nasty extras
4 How to really, really, really find those customers
5 No niche no $. How to get a good niche in depth
Cheers
Ian
I’m looking for a product that will afford me the opportunity to follow clear and concise steps with the end result being an income producing website.
I want to be able to read through your product and implement specific steps rendering a live, income producing website in a relatively short amount of time.
Provide me the means of generating traffic in the most logical, cost effective manner that will generate sales - quickly.
Then provide me the resources, and guidance to reinvest and increase marketing strategy to grow sales.
And please, do not require that I fly to the West Coast - with my commitments at the moment, I cannot leave for a few days. I have to be able to do this while still taking care of my other responsibilities.
Finally, let’s get ‘er done. I see the Internet as a way out of the quagmire I’m in, and I’m ready to go!
Thank you,
Phil
Thank you! Mr.Derek and your team included your staffs.

Add to this(your all-in- one site opening), after that your company may have expectaion of success.
futher more, other persons are more hepful with this affair.
thank you to good and light forwards!
Regards Myung.
Case studies would be very useful. Real life examples step by step as presented in a harvard case study or as appear in the book the four hour work week.
an example would be case studies for market research and in finding a niche as presented in your existing course.
I hope this helps.
Derek,
You asked so here it goes. I have been in a few MLMs and made some money and lost some money. So with that said and us being in the throws of a recession (whether Wahington believes it or not)here’s what I am looking for.
1. Honesty-no smoke and mirrors
2. Top notch product or products
3. Fantastic customer service
4. Easy way for customer to pay and for me to get paid
5. Quick path for potential customers to get to my Website
6. Something that is not going to cost a lot of money and take forever to recoup. If we can show people that they can make money quickly then they are happy and keep going. If all they do is put out money, work the plan and don’t see anything going into their bank they quit/
I believe I can say “aye” to virtually all the previous comments. The one thing I might add is, how does someone with a lot of general interests but no overriding passion find a good niche? I am the quintessential generalist: I know a little bit about a lot of things (in some cases just enough to be dangerous!) but I don’t believe I have true “expertise” in anything. Similarly, I like a lot of things, but the one I might put at the top of my list will probably be different on a daily or weekly basis. Nearly all the Internet gurus (including you, Derek) say one should select a product/service that he loves and/or that he is expert at; well for me, that could be anything and nothing. If I could break through THAT brick wall, there would be no stopping me. HALLLP!!!
Derek,
My number one is - what niche and what to sell? All of the tools and techniques to draw traffic and close the sale are worthless unless I have products that the public wants to buy. If I am selling what a thousand or more other websites are selling, I am not sure that is a niche. I don’t have the time or resources to “test” this product or that product or to research what is may sell. I do recognize that markets do change, I knowing how to find those emerging markets would be my second need. Recognizing it takes time to develop high placement on search engines, knowing which techniques to use first (a priority) to get the biggest bang and real honest facts as to how long these techniques will take to achieve high traffic would be third. Fourth would be to know the proven techniques to convert the people who come to your web site into buyer’s. I gotta tell you, scrolling through one long web page to get to the bottom to find out how much it costs is really not my cup of tea. If the headlines grab my attention and I go to a web site I would expect a means to close the sale way up front, not something way down at the bottom … I’m not going to go there; I don’t have the time and will go somewhere else or decide I didn’t really need the product anyway. Fifth, would be point and click tools to put up and maintain a very clean, simple (by design) professional website that will get my message across and close the sale.
Hope this helps and I also look forward to being one of the 250 to put your turn key business-creator to work for me.
Steven
Hello Derek,
I think the five key tools needed are:
1) a very easy to use keyword search tool to help find target markets and good keywords to bid on
2) an email and list management system to automate sales and marketing
3) access to your database! (or an affiliate recruitment & management tool)
4) a tool to distribute articles automatically to the main blog and article durectories
5) a step by step DVD to take you through the whole process
It goes without saying that you also need to work up the right attitude - and take action!
All the best
Mike
…….mmm…………..5 things?……
1. A scheme that actually works,so if it says your going to make money you do
2.actual lists of people genuinely interested.(i bought into a mailing company that is supposed to be full of contacts actually interested in affliate programs.in 3 months i haven’t had i sale/enquiry.)
3.no more sign up”3/5 people get this etc.”there is no way on earth i’m able to bring/refer/sign anyone else up.(hence buying into a mailing service)
4.getting more people to websites (same reason i bought into a mailing service)
5.Genuine money making system.I’ve been trying since oct 2007,signed up/paid out a lot of money on all sorts of schemes.Money i’ve earnt? absolutely nothing, zero, nil. One company actually told me it was because i’m lazy.Hell no,(i’m bed ridden at present recovering from major surgery and won’t be able to work for 6 months, so i turned to the internet to supplement/earn some cash.)i’m spending between 2-6 hours daily promoting furiously so to be told i’m lazy……….and if there is a money back guarantee make sure the money is easy to get back, and you’re not going to make people jump through hoops.
one Company refused to give me my money back (quoting “lazy”)after stating that if after,etc.,etc. well you know the rest………and i’m still waiting.
1. paying customers
2. ”
3. ”
4. ”
5. ”
Real Visitors that pay with real money, you can have the best site the best product but without an affordable way to generate traffic it is all useless..
I am so tired of spending money on promises. “Purchase this and you’re on your way to financial freedom.” All I can say is BULL! I am on a fixed income, I need to make money now, not two or three years from now. I am so frustrated.
I need:
1. A website and someone to show me how to set it up.
2. Products that are going to sell.
3. How to get traffic to my website.
4. How to get customers to purchase my products.
5. Not left on my own when I need help.
Please, please let this be real, the perfect all-in-one business. I hope that I am not asking for too much. I hope I am one of the 250 lucky people to find out on January 24 / 08.
I am in marketing for a few years now.
the number one you need to have is:
A step by step plan that works for everyone that is willing to do the effort to make money and not to fill Your pockets. Make te steps visible with camtasia or something.
A great support place to answer questions especially for the new guys.
Point people the right way for advertising, there is a lot of scam out there.
Learn everyone step by step how to gain real traffic to there site.
Make it automated so people don’t have to call because that is something given only for creators and real salesmans.
A good paying processor. Not paypal (bad policies)
Open up a weekly chat (liveconference) to learn and teach not for telling how wonderfull everything is working. Some people need to get the right direction.
Best of all
Everyone could do the same like powermarketeers only if they’ve been teached like the pro’s
Ian, You must know something, being a blue collar worker what do you do? what are your intersts, do you have children? what are your life experiences? what are your hobbies? do you gammble? do you play sport? do you have a story to tell? any of these things can produce the background for an ebook for example. Dont sell yourelf short you may know more than you realise.
I bet you know how to cook a great BBQ maybe you can coume up with good BBQ recipes.
I am not a computer wiz, but I know my way around. I have purchased products in the past, which seemed to be over my head, I feel I need a bit of guidance with technology while I’m building. I am willing to give it all the time needed to get up and running, examples of persurvence include attending college to become a RN while workinf full time and taking care of a young family, two and a half years ago I started a new business (arts and craft toy store) which is thriving. Really I’m not a dumb person, but some of the steps requested in the other programs ~ I feel were too technical. I want to be able to purchase a step by step program using layman terms for building. Maybe a glossary tutorial with visual and sound to take us through the process. After the build, we need guidance on how to run the site and keep up with any new techniques to drum up business, which is an on going task. Also setting up payment options. Thanks, Jamie PS I look forward to the 24th.
I have never been involved in an internet business before although I have ordered plenty of “packages” over the internet to start such a business. Many times they were overwhelming and not basic enough for newbies.
These are the things I would need in order to have a successful internet business:
1. Assistance finding a hot niche market, and would it be possible to match the niche market with my personal passions and interests?
2. Website building including autoresponders, email sign-ups used for drip campaigns, etc. Visual assistance (as well as pdf backup for later viewing) on how to build a website that I would also understand how to later be able to access in order to make corrections and/or updates.
3. An effective marketing campaign–How do we get people’s attention? (How many emails do you delete each day without looking at them?)
4. A system and process so we know steps A thru Z in order to eventually have our internet-based business working for us instead of us working perpetually on our business. In other words, working smarter, not harder.
5. A live person to contact when we need assistance who can assist even the newest of us successful internet business owners!
Thank you for asking!
Hi Derek,
The 5 essential things I personnaly would be looking for would be:
Here’s what I really need..
1) What do I sell
2) How do I build my site
3) How do you set up payment
4) How do you look after customer and prospect list
5) How do I get buyers to come to my site
Thanks
Barbara
Lets keep this simple
A plan to build an optin list - as thats how ALL of these comments got here!

A Plan for F.ree Web Traffic
Get it Here:
http://www.SEOTrainingLive.com/
I have a tendency to lean toward the monkey see monkey do attitude.
So video over the shoulder will get a click from me.
Keeping the price low also.
Having access to my coach, having a proof reader to check things out.
A site to submit your trial piece so it can be tweaked out.
Bandits stealing all your hard work.
Thats about all I can think of for now.Im sure there”ll b more once i get everything implemented..
I really only need one thing.
How do I find a “niche” that is profitable.
I have tried wordtracker. All of my searches come up with very low KEI’s (the probablity of profit.)
Every program I’ve purchased fails in this same area. They say “find and area you’re knowledgeable in and enjoy.” The only problem is that there is no money in any of the areas I have look into.
As a matter of fact I can’t find any niche that isn’t already overrun by thousands of people.
Maybe you can explain how someone can take one of these “full” fields and make it profitable.
1. I would need capitol $
2. Customers
3. Marketing
4. Know my competition
5. Location is everything (or a huge part)
Hi and it sounds like you have been in some oportunities that let you down. I myself have been in three in the past four years and have not made a dime. They all said how easy it is and just follow my steps and you can’t go wrong. If only that was the case. I have lost over eighty thousand dollars in these four years and just about everything I own. Lets say I developed my own system. I perfected it found my secrets made a ton of money. Well the people of whom got me in were TOP INCOME earners and good at what they did just like in any business. They had every reason why I should join make alot of money and live a successful life style. Once they got your money and you started to train it seems like they were never around when you needed them. So guess what I had to try on my own and all three times it was the same and didn’t work. Its pretty sad to NOT make one dime. I have learned alot about what it takes. Its funny when I read the 5 things you wrote that makes this fly. I whats even better is I have asked people who have called me and telling me how good thier offer is and how much money you can make is fine I will join if you pay and when it showes me it works I will give you your money back. Boy do they get quiet. Its like if your so sure its going to make me money as well as yourself why not help me ?
1. Simple, user friendly, directions.
2. Specific information on marketing a product or products.
3. Tech support.
4. Updates to stay current.
5. Perhaps information geared to beginners as well as advanced users. Do not assume we all have the same techn ical expertise.
PLEASE NOTE:
www.piperstores.com currently under construction.
Derek:
Acknowledging the obvious .. “If you have something many will buy .. there exists a business opportunity for you! Pursue IT!”, quoting a grandfather of four .. ME! In the “bricks and mortor” requirements of selling there are three important factores to be considered and they, in order, are:
#1. LOCATION
#2. LOCATION
#3. LOCATION
What are the 5 essential things I NEED to build an eBusiness? For me:
#1. SIMPLICITY
#2. SIMPLICITY
#3. SIMPLICITY
#4. SIMPLICITY
#5. SIMPLICITY
Now, if you can mix these five factors with some “Sincere Honesty and Intregrity” I’ll eat at your table anytime!
To everyone’s continued success!

……….mmm……..5 things?
1.genuine scheme that if it says you are going to make money you do.(i’ve paid out alot of money into schemes which are “the next best thing/don’t miss out on this/i’m making full time money on p/time hours” …………etc. etc. etc.i think you get the picture.)
2.genuine lists of names interested in your products.(i have bought into a mailing system that is supposed to be full of genuine people interested in affliate programs how many response have i had? NONE.)
3.no more “sign up 3/5 people to this” etc. There is no way i’m personally going to be able to do this, this is why i joined a genuine mailing list.
4.a genuine money back guarantee that doesn’t make people jump through hoops to get it.(i’m recovering from major surgery, bedridden at present, and unable to work for 6 months,so turned to the “net” to supplement/earn money. As i’m spending daily between 2-6 hours promoting/advertising my affliate sites which have earned me NOTHING/NIL/ZERO i was refused a refund by 1 company because they said i was lazy…….)
5.genuine people interested in your products.
All is fine and dandy like free traffic sources and automated email lists. Here are the 5 things I’d need to maximize a monthly passive income.
1- a membership site where I charge a minimum of $10 a month- income so I can get a monthly passive income
2- valuable info and ways to give target market what they want so they keep their monthly membership
3- accountability-
4- how to get more readers to leave comments on your blog
5- how to get readers to email you feedback on how to give them info they really want.
Thanks Derek Gehl for asking for feedback.
1. Optimize information given (decrease your tendancy to repeat)
2. What areas, strategies should someone with limited time be considering (I can put in a few weekends to start, then 1 hr/day)
3. Do micro-niches generate sufficient sales?
Need: every step of your Greatest Program! in lay-language; a pre-kindergarden in this field - also, though, with a child’s eagerness to Learn and Succeed. Your’s and your Team’s commitment to your customers offers us shoes for our feet in this Internet briar-patch and inspiration to put our racing BEST into our Sprint to Success! Thank You.
i do not understand the mechanics of websites especially how the links are set up and made to work; How traffic is generated at little cost and how 1 person can make so much money!!However i can see the massive markets and huge potentials its so frustrating watching it and not being able to get a piece of the action especially when i’m addicted to the Internet!!
All i want is a program that doesnt meant i have to spend years building up an opt in list,,i just want to be able to get set up quickly, and contact potential customers, without spending a lot of money on bogus companys.
FROM WHAT IVE SEEN OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS,EVERYBODY JUST WANTS TO SELL YOU SOME FORM OF E.BOOK.
what about setting up a company that doest charge you anything.but helps genuine people make money, and in return it takes a percentaga,,seems to work for companys like kleeneze, and the like.
Or mayby all internet companys are just a rip off…You tell me.
Derek… my 5 things wish list: Basically, I’m looking for tried and tested systems that I can follow to be successful. Basiclly I would like to have Step-by-Step, detailed instructions on each of the following:
1. How to find a really PROFITABLE niche.
2. How to select or find products that have a high probability for selling to the selected niche(s).
3. How to build an attractive website / salespage - with content that SELLS !!
4. How to drive tons of traffic to my site.
5. How to use Web 2.0 to help make sure I am successful.
Lastly, I would really appreciate On-going mentoring / assistance at least until I am up, running and enjoying some success.
I’m looking forward to the opportunity to get started.
Larry
I am in complete agreement with Elizabeth.
I have been promoting all your cut and paste emails for years and apart from one month when Corey was still with us, have never had a sale.
I would like to see just what I am doing wrong or NOT doing right. I have a list of just over 1000 and send the emails out via mailloop7
Yeah I think…
1. A Personal Mentor/ Coach - With Easy Access
2. Constant Industry Updates - Maybe twice a week
3. Increase Targeted Traffic
4. Best Companies or Affilites to work with
5. Ready made Professional Businesses to go - like a franchise as such….rather than finding your own niche. People need telling what to some times when they come from an employee background as such.
Hi Derek,
I am a “newbie” to the earning an income on-line venture but determined to make a go of it.
The 5 areas of concern for me are:
1. How (process) to use to determine product to sell/niche market?
2. Step by step guidance in how to set up a site. Directions must be in plain everyday language, not in techi language.
3. Guidance not only in determining Keywords, but examples of how to write up phrases (no, I am not asking that it be done for me but meant to learn).
4. How to change/add a website from one host to another without to much fuss and requiring a change of program?
5. Ongoing affordable support with with the cost of your firm’s assistance/guidance taken out of earnings (all parties would then have a stake in the site’s success).
HI,
I’m sure that you thought of everything to make it easier for mewbies.
But I know that when I began to look for making money on internet, I saw a few flaws. So, for me the 5 things I would love to have at that time and still would like to have are
1-a business simple to operate, no MLM or things like that
2-a dictionnary of the term like MLR, RSS, safelist, opt-in list,
autoresponder, SEO,
3-what you need to have a list and how it works (ex:autoresponder) and the best way, best ressources
4-how to advertise cost free (I hate it when a guy told me I was a looser because I didn’t buy his tool à 197$. I was well over my head with debts and no one to pass me money)
5-how to make a squeeze page to make my list
They’re a lot more but I think that’s more important.
Thanks
Marthe
Hi Robert
Bill Ogilvie here I have been trying to do the same things for about ten years now and I am still in the same spot , i have tried umteen times to get it right but no I have been trying to make some much needed cash on line but no we get plenty of those NO BRAINERS on line but they forget you have to be a whiz kid first and Robert I just cant make coffe on the computer like some of the whiz kids not only that I have been robed quite a few times so I dont like puting info on line. I wish they would bring a program out that you could pay out of money earnd ,I am a pensioner and cant aford to loos good cash
Hey I had best shut down or I will run out of space
YOURS
BILL
(PS I am not going through spell check )
I am amazed at the consistency of the requests here. I’m not going to repeat what has already been said. I know that most all of the mechanics of IM can be shown to people fairly easily and I would bet that most of the folks here have already gotten at least enough bits and pieces that can be brought together into a logical marketing system by someone that knows the game.
So, let me cut to the chase. It’s trying to compete with the top dogs in the best money-making categories that has been the problem for most budding marketers. If someone REALLY wants to make a difference for those trying to break into IM, this is where the solution would happen. I personally get around that by selling products that they don’t even have access to. That’s why I generate 50-70k mth. selling physical product almost entirely over the Internet. I realize that not everyone can do that, at least not in the beginning, but perhaps some sort of co-op can be formed to market solid products and not be eclipsed by the gurus.
I don’t knock them, I know that they work hard to earn their dollars (contrary to what others may have you believe). But, that doesn’t change the fact that it is almost impossible to compete with them on their turf unless you have (or can put together) the same clout. Sure, newbies may be able to make a few bucks here and there, but to develop a thriving internet business, it takes clout in numbers and lots of it or else a lot of work to become one just like them.
After reading through most of the comments before mine, I have come to one conclusion. The scam artists definitely outnumber the good guys and they are ruining it for anyone who attempts to fulfill the dreams of many people to just want to make a decent and legal living on the internet. I wish you all the luck in the world convincing anyone that you are the “savior”. As you can see, I’ve been burned just as so many other people in this blog and it’s going to take something that is new and very believeable to turn most of us around. I don’t have a lot of money so that’s another deterant. All I want to do is have some extra money to add to social security when I retire soon so I don’t have to live under a bridge. I wish you good luck and I will look at your “system” closely!
HELP! I only wanted to subscribe to comments about my comments. I do not want to receive every comment to the blog, please shut it off for me. Thank you very much.
THanks so much for asking, this great. You have done something no one else even thinks about.Everyone has said exactly how i feel,so i will just add:i am looking for a real honest way to make a decent living on the internet.Everyone hypes their offers and once you have been burned you do not trust anyone.when you send e-mails or try to call you get no replies. Also, you are offered the so-call great ways to earn money, after they have used it for all it is worth.Ihave tried everything and have maded nothing, but a fight to get my money back, please make sure it has a GURANTEE.ALSO,DO YOU NEED DSL/FAST INTERNETSREVICE?????I SENT A EMAIL TO YOUR OFFICE WITH THIS QUESTION AND ONE ABOUT CUT AND PASTE,HOW TO DO IT.Everyone is not computer nerds/geeks{smile}Sincerely,BESSIE
Derek,
I’d be for all the list above plus one more. If you are so sure you have the source for making money on the internet I’d like to test drive your system at no obligation and pay you for it out of the first proceeds it makes for me. I’m not a freeloader. I just have no way of knowing your system will work.
Thanks a million!

Hi Derek,

Hi Derek
Five things that I will need to get off the ground.
1. How to do the market research to find a product that I can sell.
2. How to create the product.
3. Creating a sales copy that will sell the product.
4.Which keywords would give me high ranking in Google, MSN and Yahoo.
5. How Can I then improve the business for more customers.
Thanks
Hi Derek ….greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
Of all the comments I´ve seen to date, I would like to support and reiterate Tracy´s as probably the 5 most relavent to my needs.
1. Inexpensive leads that convert
2. Reliable consistent relevant traffic
3. Point & Click system to drive such traffic
4. Refreshing relevant content for particular business model
5. The truth about how big time earners are actually building their home businesses.
I believe I have the intellectual property to sell, but the killer is to establish the system in place to get it out there.
best to all and abraços from Brazil.
Hi Derek,
I’ve just read your letter.
1. How to build a successful pre-launch marketing campaign /how to build a momentum for the launch/
2. Market and Keyword research tactics which would make this process faster, easier
3. How to write a very good sales letter which won’t create an impact on the visitor that I ONLY want to sell them something
4. WEB 2.0 marketing tactics
5. DETAILED Caseworks about businesses You saw or helped to build up for success ; from the beginning to success
Maybe another Internet Marketing Reality show would be nice. Like the one that Joel Comm created. You would choose for example 5-10 people with nice business ideas, and would help them to build their business up from scratch, in front of an Internet Audience which would watch this reality show through web-video, written e-book documentation, and through audio.
I would watch something like that for sure!
Best Wishes,
Matt
1. Regular timed emails to help me keep on track - eg. time to do this now …..
2. Software for eBooks - ideas I have
3. A real wish …. list building help … seems to be a key point and I need to know how to get started on this - can you get started without a list?? without spending big money?
4. Knowing how “the other folks” (you said this would be a limited number of people) are doing - sharing not whining!
5. Oh and more timed emails to remind me about the reminders……
My greatest need for now is for a programmer. The person must be capable of developing a website with multiple semi-private storefronts while making it simple not only to replicate for new clients but also easy to update each and every storefront with new products. The programmer needs the ability to develop a social networking site that interfaces with the website/storefronts as well as the ability for the Web 2.0 site to link into another semi-private storefront that can be stocked with items selected by the user. Finally, the programmer needs to be able to develop a module that will supply password-protected reports to our various users as well as integrating the entire system into both operations management and financial management software.
Am I asking too much?
Hi Derek,
I would like to see a html editor, banner creator (all types including swf.), domain registering and hosting, lead generation system, traffic section, rss feeds, blog, Ezines, articles, article, blog, directory submission service, auto update news letters, email copies, auto-responder, several ways to pay besides Paypal and not have to spend all day setting up the system.
Also the system has to be able to make a nice Turkey Sandwich
Ricardo
Hi Derek,
1) Videos, complete videos (on every step, leave nothing out)
Gary Amborse once said it in a video. “Sometimes we leave the small steps out because we think everyone knows them”. This has never been more true.
2) autorepsonder directions
3) how to build traffic
4) setting up the files to be uploaded
5) uploading to the internet
I had to cancel my membership due to finances and I just want you to know I really MISS being in the forum. Geoff especially.

thats great! i love it!
seriously, most of these online businesses really only make money for the few that are really good at, not the rest of us tech-challenged idiots. lets face it, the online world is run by highly intelligent geeks that are not at our level, just average folks who need cash, not some business to gloat about to our “techie” friends…if you really want to make money online just click here!! hahahaha, just joking!
I would want to see some very basic info: ftp, uploading video and audio, and other basics of this nature. Often people who have been in IM for some time forget that people just starting out do not know the very basic info for proceeding.

first i need to know how much up front moneys needed before seeing a return? so it can be budgeted.
can everything be done through you? (your company ) which is how you will be making money off us.
how great is your garantee ? If I give it a great try through you and nothing seems to be what you say, do I get all invested money back? not just the initial box ,but every cent spent to get to that point.
I have worked in both the corporate and government worlds, and know the challenges that we face on day to day bases. The way the corporate world sells us things. That is why I am leaving those worlds and going into the private sector. I have done my research and homework scanning the different websites getting a feel for what catches the eye and what works for selling a product.
I think the major thing that I would like to see is Marketing. It does not matter what you are selling if you don’t have a marketing plan it will not sell. I could sell ice cubes to people but if I don’t know how to market them, they will never sell.
Also a good business plan, or help going over the plan tell me where I need to improve.
Hi Derek,
My 5 would be:
Clear step by step strategy
Ech step having fundamental step by step training videos
support, easy to use programs and resources.
Up to date ie Web 2.0 processes and information
quality and responsive support.
All this must cater for the absolute beginner when providing fundamental tutorials. Far too many today make assumptions that the student already knows the fundamentals and people can get hung up on this.

95% is new bee for internet marketing,so i hope
it is for the starter.
I live in Europe is that a problem????
For support it s difficult to call a coach or your team
Last week i got another offer from a “guru(s)”
a well known hot program on the internet but it costs $1300.
95 % really need the money and cant afford this,so i hope
your program will be reasonable.
Most of us spend already many wasted $$$$$ with other gurus.
I want to spend time, $$$$$, and effort/action in it because my
boss is reorganising the company and i am feeling bad about that.
It would be nice to fire your BOSS in 6 months.
Good luck and happy 2008 for 250 starters. Al Netherlands
I’m a skeptic. I don’t part with my money easily. I tend to be a see proof then pay.(probably my stumbling blocks). I don’t go into a store and blindly buy something I haven’t seen the specifications on or the actual product in my hands. I need to get my feet wet as it were, seeing a website actually produce revenue.
1. Product to sell, preferably completely handled by the website, so informational, I guess. (no shipping, etc.)
2. Exact instructions on what to do.
3. Did I mention Exact instructions on what to do (not, you need one of these, one of those, look here and here for this, etc). I want “go here”, “type this”, “enter that”, etc. Precise details, step by step.
Even if this is a temporary website I turn over to you after a specific time period. I will have done the work and seen it work and will be able to hopefully repeat it for myself. Almost like a home-study course. I have nothing against turning a site over and/or not collecting revenue in exchange for the chance to gain the knowledge it takes to make a similar one. I’d actually prefer that to paying for something I had to stumble through on my own.
4. Reviews - “nope you did this wrong”, “you need this text”, etc
I need a quality website complete with:
1. Autoresponder
2. Tech Support when I need it, like NOW!
3. Quality and consistency in learning the process.
4. Methods to drive traffic to my site that are reasonably priced.
5. Free access to all tools needed to make the site successful.
(No back end stuff or trying to sell me, “must have to succeed”
products.Hell,you already made your money.)
6. Statistic page so I can monitor what is working and what isn’t.
That is how most successful people make money online, appealing to my vulnerability because they know I’m looking for anything that I think can help me become a successful online entepreneur.
What I see most people asking for here, I already have. Corey did a great introductory job for beginners (he certainly helped me), but there’s a lot more to the equation these days.
I’m mentoring a couple of people now, and every single one of them has stated essentially “How come nobody ever talks about this (aspect)?
I think it’s because so much is so obvious to so many, they forget about the rest of the folks. That, and keeping up with major change.
I want to suggest one thing which might/should be considered essential: Master Mind groups of users of your products/services. Forums should be considered mandatory, but MMG’s will really make a difference. The one I run is pretty rigorous, slackers are out because they pull down the team. It seems those who contribute the most (paying forward) are the ones who are most successful, and the effect is contagious.
NOTE: I’ve just launched the site above, but the general public is locked out until extensive beta testing is completed to my satisfaction.
(No, viewing the source code won’t help you get in 8<)
I expect great things from you and your team, Derek, through this launch.
Best wishes to you all, including the folks writing in here;
-David

As a totally newbie and have norwegian as my first language I give up before getting started cause I don`t have a big list, don`t know business english and so on,so on
Wish it could be simple so I could understand what I am going into
Derek
I think most people just want something that is honest and rewarding! there are so many scams out there!
If you create something that is,
#1 simple to do !
#2 will give you good ROI for your efforts !way’s to get quality leads that convert well(Buyers)and get them to the website effectively!
#3 A seamless application-Written Ads-Autoresponders and so on !and once setup will run like a well oiled machine, With a little daily maintenance and upkeep !
#4 Something that doesn’t take a great amount of time and effort to do !although everything needs action to be taken, I think everyone must understand that!
#5 A do this or do that 1-2-3-4- And so on plan laid out for everyone in simple terms,That if done in the order you lay out to the people, You cannot fail! You’ll Have A Winner!
I think most people all want the same things!
Sincerely
Tom!
Here’s my wish list
1. Identifying the target marketing (even if they are hard to find)
2. Finding out what they want to buy
3. How to generate traffic and build an opt-in list with out spending a fortune
4. How to establish the relationship with the list and get them to buy
5. How produce new products and backend sell consistently
Hi DG,
Here’s part of what I wd like to be addressed:
1- You recommend “Wordtracker” to identify potential profitable niche markets. Is it possible to use “keyword elite” to reach the same goal?
2- Will you provide valuable downloadable audios and videos showing the whole process of setting up a profitable site for those who like me don’t live in your part of the world?
3- I plan to begin with affiliate marketing. Will you treat that topic? Is it possible to become a super affiliate with your system?
4- Money is told to be in the list or rather in the relationship with the list. How to manage opt-in lists and make the persons behind feel valuable?
5- Where to find valuable information for my future potential subscribers. I guess that’s they primarily want to have before ending up buying.
Hope to be among your next success stories
I have all your training material, I have done the courses, I have all of your products - the difficulty I have is putting them all together?
I have a business idea that has huge potential for a specific market but I cannot fix on a direction, I have confused thoughts and jump around too much.
There are many comments above from people wanting some magical solution but I doubt that this is what you can provide and you shouldn’t need to, all of the information is already there and the tools are available (of course they cost money) I need to know how do you put it all together.
At times I think you provide so much information people become confused in which way to go, there are too many things to take in at once the internet marketing course gives me a heap of information, I have knowledge of many things but have difficulty pulling them all together, and I have knowledge of the internet! so how does a newbie figure it out?
So: Absolutely Number 1. is keep it simple (the Kiss system)
2. The new system should be set up so that we understand how all of the bits connect togther i.e. mailoop, ebook pro, connecting to Paypal or some other financial institution, autoresponders etc.
3. Templates for web pages and how to use.
4. Templates for sales letters and how to use.
5. Ability to set up a Blog and how to use.
6. Organisation and writing of news letters, news letter templates.
7. A direction that can be taken marketing the system
7. To add to my number one point make sure that the system has a logical sequence of events, do not leave to much decision making especially to the newcomer, maybe you need to have a novice and advanced section.
Thats it from me, I guess I could write an ebook on this, now there is an idea for someone.
Thanks for the opportunity to have a say.
Hello Derek - this is third time I have tried to send my comments
so I will now change first priority !
1. Keep it very clear and simple - don’t have much time after family and day job so the technology etc has to be relatively pain free.
2. payment system - paypal etc -
3. how to promote ebook/blog/product for niche market.
4. great website/sales template
5. create members/customers/return customers etc
thanks - now I’ll try and post this again!
rgds Sara
Derek, I’m with Gus, after searching for six months I have found nothing. Some of the programs might be good programs, but when a person doesn’t know very much about navigating around the inside of a computer it is almost impossible. I have come to the conclusion, it takes computer savy. I have given up “for now” and will try step one….learn the computer. One thing I have learned is how to spot a scam. I have spent hours investigation every opportunity that comes along, this a after I have been scammed. Most scams are interlinked with another scam. They are even getting very professional looking.
I’ve been doing this for about a year now and have made a little bit of cash on the side. There are alot of comments in here about how to do this and how to do that, but all that information can be readily made available through The IMC article archives. I get the newsletters and have followed alot of the tips, and they work. But the thing with the internet is that it is so saturated it gets harder everyday. The 5 things that would make internet marketing easier…..
1. Being able to provide information/service that hasn’t become overmarketed or scammed by conmen the world over;
2. A system that automates the majority of the small remedial tasks (but not all of them cause that takes away pride of ownership and customer service)
3. A program that isn’t MLM Related.
4. Support, Support, Support - there are too many “turnkey” systems that wet you up but then leave you out in the cold to freeze or fail
5. A program, even though step by step, that will require the individual to work at it and put some effort into the program, keeping all the lazy-get-rich-quick-pay-me-for-doing-nothing types out of the competition arena and limiting the poor quality sites that degrade the reputation and hardwork of those serious about owning a business and providing a reputable service for those seeking it.
If you aren’t willing to work for it, you probably don’t deserve it.
1. Diagram of a succesful marketing plan that I can hang on the wall to visualize the process from beginging to end of getting a prospect, backends etc.
2. How to set up effective email series and follow up series for buyers.
3. How to locate and exploit untapped niche markets.
4. How to structure my business for growth and maximum revenue/profit. Lcc, s corp etc.
5. A list of activities I should do daily to grow business, like write articles, seo, developing products, test marketing etc.
“By “100% perfect,” I mean, a COMPLETE all-in-one business creator that provides every single tool, training resource, and scrap of information you need to build a profitable business faster than you’d ever think possible.”
My opinion is that we must be serious. This isn’t possible!! It is only a very known affirmation of mar
